Rob Meyer has served as a Social Studies Teacher, Middle School/High School Assistant Principal, Primary School Principal, Middle School Principal, and Director of Teaching & Learning. He is able to support schools in their development of Professional Learning Communities at Work, Response to Intervention, curriculum, impactful instructional strategies, professional learning plans, and instructional coaching programs. He has served as a mentor to Principals and Central Office leaders.

Rob has an undergraduate from the University of Wisconsin - Stevens Point, a Master's Degree from Cardinal Stritch University, and a doctorate from Edgewood College.

Rob currently serves the Monona Grove School District (Monona, WI) as the Director of Secondary Teaching & Learning. He is also an Associate for Solution Tree, Inc. and Past President of the Wisconsin affiliate of ASCD (WASCD.ORG). In addition, Rob is an adjunct professor at Edgewood University. With two books published and multiple articles, Rob continues to research and write.

Why did we choose to call this company "All Deserve Excellence?"

There is no complicated answer or story behind this name. It comes down to this: In order for students to be successful, they need high quality educators, school sites, and school districts. They all deserve it.
